Join us for an exciting evening where community and artwork mingle!

The live and silent auction includes pieces of all media types and price ranges that have been handmade by talented Hastings College students, alumni, professors and staff, and by professional visiting artists from all over the world. 

This is a ticketed event. You can purchase your tickets for $25 each at the door.

A ticket lets you be a part of the live art auction, browse through the gallery, view silent auction items in person, witness a live glass demonstration, enjoy hors d’oeuvres and one cocktail of your choice. A cash bar will also be available.

Can’t be present for the event?
You can still register online and view and bid on silent auction items from anywhere in the world until February 15 at 7:00 p.m. when the silent auction closes.

Qtego is an online event fundraising system that allows guests at the event or from anywhere to bid on silent auction items or make a donation. This system is easy-to-use and makes the bidding process fun!

Auction Details

The silent auction is from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., and the live auction begins at 7:00 p.m. Following the auction, enjoy a live glass demonstration with Assistant Visiting Professor Chad Holliday and students. Together they will make a piece of glass art will then be “sold off the stick” and picked up at a later date.

Proceeds from Art on Elm will help fund the development of student programs and experiences, department projects and the visiting artist program at Hastings College. Current student artists who contribute artwork to the auction will also receive a portion of the proceeds.
