Babcock Hall

Babcock is a three-story co-ed residence hall. Rooms in Babcock tend to be a little larger than other dorm rooms on campus.

Like in all our halls, residents participate in the fine arts, athletics and many other on-campus activities — it’s a true snapshot of everything Hastings College.

Since the dorm is full of so many students from different areas and with different interests, you’ll find friends with common values involved in activities similar to you.

Room Sizes
Most rooms are 15’6″ x 13’7″ (210 sq. ft.), although there are one or two rooms per floor that are slightly smaller.

Babcock amenities include:

• Furnished room (two of each: bed, dresser, desk, chair, wardrobe)
• Microfridge (microwave + refrigerator combo)
• Community kitchen
• Wired and wireless internet
• Bike racks

Note: Beds are extra-long twin (36 inches by 80 inches); they can be bunked or left down, or lofted for a small fee

• Beautiful 120-acre campus and arboretum
