World-famous philanthropist to visit Hastings College, meet with children

World-famous philanthropist and North Pole resident Santa Claus will visit Hastings College campus on Sunday, December 7. From 2 to 4 p.m. in the Daugherty Center (716 N. Turner Ave.), Claus will meet, speak and take photos with children of all ages.

Concurrently, the College will host a live nativity in the Circle Drive and provide cookies and hot chocolate in French Memorial Chapel (800 N. Turner Ave.)

In conjunction with these activities, the Hastings College Department of Education will collect books for its Backpack Program.

The events are free and open to the public.
