As part of its 2014 Homecoming activities, Hastings College honored seven top scholars by inducting them into Alpha Chi, the national academic honorary. The ceremony took place on September 28 in Hazelrigg Student Union.
This year’s inductees include the following:
Lauren Christensen, an elementary education major from Alma, Nebraska
Chance Cosgriff, a biology major from Doniphan, Nebraska
Tonette Gonzales-Hunter, an international studies major from Guide Rock, Nebraska
Christopher Gousios, an economics, computer science and mathematics major from Elgin, Illinois
Sallie Myers, a psychology major from Custer, South Dakota
Kelli Poplau, a biology major from Hastings, Nebraska
Felix Proessl, an exercise science and economics major from Weiden, Germany
