Dr. Karr is excited to be part of Hastings College student’s preparation in their journey to become teachers. Having taught high school mathematics, business, and technology she has a passion for finding ways to make connections with all students.
At Hastings College, she currently teaches the introductory education course, several of the secondary education courses, the educational technology course and does some supervision of clinical and student teachers. Along with teaching a summer Emerging Technologies graduate course for current teachers, she is a frequent presenter at educational technology conferences and loves to assist teachers in finding technology tools that will be valuable in their classroom.
