Hastings College Together Tuesday is set for October 1. This special day brings together the College’s global community to support the 1882 Fund, the College’s annual fund. This year, donors can help unlock $185,000 in challenge funds, increasing the excitement of a day that provides essential resources and scholarships for students.
Alumni, friends, parents and supporters can schedule a reminder email or text message to make a gift on Together Tuesday at hastings.edu/togethertuesday. They can then return to this page on October 1 to make their gift, with donations counted in real-time, with unlocked challenge funds being added to the total.
“This is the biggest giving day of the year for the 1882 Fund,” said Chelsea LeMar ‘07, executive director of the Hastings College Foundation. “It supports the College in numerous ways, including scholarships, student services, research, instruction, athletics and facilities. Together Tuesday provides essential resources that truly make a difference for students.”
LeMar said donors can unlock challenge funds by making gifts throughout the day, with challenges ranging from $10,000 to $25,000.
“We appreciate those who contributed to this year’s challenge funds. Their generosity energizes and excites our community,” she added.
