Bios for the new trustees are included below.

Danette (Wilson) Andley graduated from Hastings College in 2001 and is currently the senior vice president and chief marketing officer for the Health Care Business Group at 3M in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is responsible for driving demand generation and building sales and marketing competency. Prior to this role she held roles in strategy and business development, Lean Six Sigma, global marketing, international operations and marketing excellence and global business management. Before joining 3M, Andley held positions at St. Luke’s Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, doing marketing, and at Fleishman-Hillard doing public relations. She has an undergraduate degree in marketing and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

Andley is also a member of the Hastings College Foundation Board and the Camp Fire National Headquarters Board. She lives in St. Paul with her husband Abhi and three children.

Jeremy Arensdorf is the chief growth officer and executive vice president at Jefferson Consulting Group, a Washington, D.C.-based consulting firm. He leads Jefferson’s strategy and growth efforts. In his multi-decade career at Jefferson, he has led significant growth for the company while supporting more than 20 federal agencies in the U.S. and abroad. He is a champion of good government, passionate about helping agencies succeed in their amazing missions.

Arensdorf received his bachelor’s degree from Hastings College in 2003, majoring in music, and received an MBA from Georgetown University. He resides in Washington, D.C.

Gary Freeman is the business operations officer for the Suzanne and Walter Scott Foundation in Omaha, Nebraska, and a member of the Hastings College Foundation Board. Prior to joining the Scott Foundation, Freeman was for nearly 20 years executive director of the Hastings College Foundation, where he oversaw all fundraising, advancement and alumni relations activities. Other experiences include serving as director of athletic advancement at the University of Nebraska Omaha and as a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Freeman graduated from Hastings College in 1993 with a degree in business administration. A certified public accountant, he also earned a certificate in nonprofit leadership from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

He and his spouse Susan (Herbek) Freeman ’94 are the parents of a daughter, Aly.

Cathy (Dillon) Peetz is currently the head buyer of apparel and safety gear for Dillon Brothers Harley Davidson, which is part of the Dillon family businesses that includes three motorcycle stores and 12 car dealerships in the Omaha area.

She majored in art and her first job  after graduating from Hastings College in 1980 was as a graphic artist and illustrator in the advertising department of Mangelson’s, a large art and hobby supply store in Omaha. She then became a buyer and merchandiser for Richman Gordman 1/2 Price Stores. After tiring of the monthly buying trips and extensive traveling to the various stores for merchandising, Peetz joined her father’s business, Sid Dillon Chevrolet. As part of learning the family business, she ordered parts in the parts department, but her love of art and fashion eventually led her to designing bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses for the nationally known JP Originals, a job she held until she decided to stay home and raise her family.

Peetz has served on the board of directors for Ronald McDonald House in Omaha and Creighton University’s Jaybacker Executive Athletic Board. She and her husband Dwaine, a retired cardiac surgeon, live in Omaha, and their combined families include five children and ten grandchildren.
