Dr. Katie Maguire

Dr. Katie Maguire teaches Principles of Microeconomics and Human Resource Management.

Dr. Maguire earned her D.B.A., M.B.A., and B.S. in Management from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska. She has an Associate Degree in Long Term Care Administration from Southeast Community College in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Her research focuses on sustained employment support for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their employers. Her interest includes working to create inclusive and neurodiverse environments where everyone succeeds.

Dr. Maguire has a wide variety of work experience including work as an accountant for the State of Nebraska, time with the Lincoln Airport Authority Police Department, supervising operations at Delta Airlines, and most importantly, a stay-at-home mom.

In her free time, Dr. Maguire enjoys spending time with her husband, Donny, and their four children.
