Carpenter elected Student Association president, other positions announced

Students have elected Ethan Carpenter of Lincoln, Nebraska, to serve as president of the Student Association for the 2015-2016 academic year. Assisting him with this governance role will be SA vice president Tyler Schuster of LaVista, Nebraska; secretary Laura Hurley of Omaha, Nebraska; treasurer Collin Tedesco of Castle Rock, Colorado; and parliamentarian Cameron Bargell of North Platte, Nebraska.

Among their duties will be overseeing the use of student fees for various campus activities.

The following students have been selected to serve on the Student Association’s Executive Council and will oversee specific programs implemented by Hastings College students:
