Earlier this semester, Peter Ferguson ’96 engaged with the Hastings College women’s volleyball and basketball teams as they examined and built their championship culture on and off the court through Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB).
Their time together was built on creating tangible action through:
- Breaking down the barriers to equality.
- How we need to learn from each other’s passions, experiences and expertise.
- Stay immersed and foster a brave space that empowers, educates and engages.
