Casey Krolikowski graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science from Hastings College and then went on to earn a Masters of Science degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2021. During her graduate studies, she served as a teaching assistant for the department of Nutrition and Health Sciences for two years. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
