Over the last decade years, Prof. Grace has taught more than 15 different communication studies classes for the department, including rhetorical criticism, ethnographic research methods and organizational communication. Students describe Prof. Grace as “a devoted teacher,” “energetic,” and “an advocate for those who have lesser voices.”
As the Director of Forensics, the speech team has maintained a national presence and has earned Professor Grace multiple coaching awards from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and Minnesota State University–Mankato. Prof. Grace has presented more than 25 papers at multiple national conferences and has nine paper/speech publications.
In her spare time, Kittie enjoys reading to her girls with her husband, loves tap dancing and enjoys geocaching with the family.
