Hastings College has announced the Dean’s List for its fall 2014 semester. To be eligible for the Dean’s List, students must achieve a grade point average of 3.7 to 4.0, on a 4.0 scale, and be registered for full-time course work.

A free showing of "Cesar’s Last Fast,” a film about labor leader and civil rights advocate Cesar Chavez’s Fast for Life, will accompany a presentation by James Chressanthis at 7 p.m., Jan. 9, in French Memorial Chapel. The event is sponsored by Canon USA’s Explorers of Light program.
