(From 1963 to 1965, the Dean of Men is Wayne Weber.  The title reverts to Dean of Students after his term with the tenure of John Breckenridge, 1965-1968.  The title is once again Dean of Men from 1970-1973, with Charles E. Bacon serving.  Since 1973, Kenneth R. Rhodus is “Dean of Students.”)


 

* Only in 1908 were the duties of an “Academic Dean,”  “Dean of Women,” or “Dean of Students” differentiated.

** The succession of the Deans of Women and the titles given to the positions which they occurred is somewhat confusing.  Insofar as we can ascertain from reading the “Faculty and Assistants” or “Other Offices” sections of the College Catalogues, these charts represent the succession and transformation from the position of Deans of Women to Associate Deans of Students together with those who filled these roles.
