Administrative Assistant for the Vice President for College Advancement and the Office of Advancement
Hastings College is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for the Vice President for College Advancement and the Office of Advancement.
This position provides administrative and high level secretarial support for the Vice President, Associate Vice Presidents, Senior Director of Alumni Relations, and Director of Annual Giving. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products – specifically, Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and Power Point-- and competency in desktop publishing. Ability to deal professionally in person and via telephone with major donors, trustees, faculty, staff, and students is required. Time management skills and the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks for multiple colleagues are necessary. Two to three years of office experience, preferably working for a senior level administrator, is preferred.
