Hastings College Board of Trustees 2011-2012



Rick Moore '84

A Hastings College graduate, Rick Moore ‘84 is President of the Consumer Marketing Division of Performance Matters Associates of Springfield IL, a Conseco Company providing health and life insurance and annuities. Before joining Performance Matters in 1999, he was National Sales Manager for InterState Service Inc., a Capital American Life Insurance Company. A native of Fairbury, Neb., Mr. Moore was an assistant basketball coach and recruiter for Hastings College following graduation and a graduate assistant for University of Nebraska Basketball. He is active in his community as a board member of the Bank of Springfield and as a volunteer and fund raiser for Children’s Miracle Network at St. John’s Children’s Hospital. He joined the Hastings College Board of Trustees in 2010.
