James Creigh
James Creigh is of counsel with the law firm of Kutak Rock LLP and president of the Creigh Family Foundation. Mr. Creigh is a nationally recognized transactional lawyer with extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A and other transactional matters. He has led more than 75 financing and acquisition transactions, and is a frequent speaker and author on securities and M&A topics. He is a contributor to the American Bar Association's annual survey of M&A deal points and a speaker at Practicing Law Institute's Annual Institute on Securities Regulation in New York. Prior to joining Kutak Rock, Mr. Creigh served as Vice President of Strategic Business Development for West Corporation, a leading global provider of outsourced communications services and portfolio company of Thomas H. Lee Partners, and practiced law in Silicon Valley with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Mr. Creigh earned his BA with high distinction from the University of Nebraska, and his MBA and JD, each with honors, from Georgetown University. He was elected to the Hastings College Board of Trustees in 2007. He is a member of the Investment Committee and Budget and Finance Committee. He also serves on the Enrollment/Marketing Task Force.
