| 1) | How do I become a member of the band program? |
| 2) | Do I have to audition to be in the band? No, the band is open to all students of Hastings College without an audition. The Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble require a chair placement audition, but everyone participates. Jazz ensemble, however does require an audition. This occurs during the first week of classes in the fall semester. |
