Renowned paleoartist Gary Staab ’89 brings the bizarre past to life. His Pteranodon longiceps soars within the Morrison-Reeves Science Center. His Xiphactinus and Tylosaurus can be found at the Hastings Museum. You can see his Protoceratops, Diatryma and other Bizarre Beasts at Morrill Hall, on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus.
The Grand Island native studied biology and art at Hastings College. Staab has his own studio in Kearney, Missouri. You can find more at his website, www.staabstudios.com.
