Hastings College hosts Halloween fun with the new “Trick or Treat Street”

The annual Hastings College “Trick or Treat Street” is new and expanded this year, featuring a fun-filled “street” with games, prizes, snacks, a costume contest, costume parade and more from 2-4 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 31 in the Hastings College Circle Drive (710 N. Turner Avenue). The community event, hosted by the Hastings College Alumni Ambassadors, is free and the public is invited to attend with children of all ages.
Fun Halloween activities will take place in Perkins Library, the Art Center, French Memorial Chapel, Scott Studio Theatre and McCormick Hall, and trick or treating will be available in some residence halls. The costume parade will be held around circle drive at 3:45 p.m. Several campus student groups will be volunteering for the event.
