“Nature vs. Nutrition” is the topic of talk at Hastings College
Hastings College will host University of Nebraska Medical Center Professor Dr. Bruce Buehler, M.D., as he presents “Modifying our Genetic Blueprint: Nature vs. Nutrition” at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 31 in the Morrison-Reeves Science Center (717 N. Ash) in room 131.
This event is free and open to the public.
Buehler, a professor of pediatrics and director of the Research Subject Advocacy Office at the UNMC, will give a presentation to audience members about how genes influence disease and how nutrition, supplements and lifestyle changes can change the odds.
