Hastings College ranked “Best” Among National Publications
Hastings College continues to be recognized as one of the best liberal arts colleges in the country by national publications.
In its recent report, released Aug. 17, the U.S. News & World Report listed Hastings College among “America’s Best National Liberal Arts Colleges” in its recent publication, America’s Best Colleges 2011. Forbes.com has named Hastings College among its 2011 “America’s Best Colleges,” and the Princeton Review, once again, listed Hastings College as a 2011 “Best in the Midwest” college.
The college ratings are based on peer assessment, graduation and retention rates, student satisfaction, quality of professors, learning environment, campus resources and more.
Hastings College, founded in 1882, is a private, four-year liberal arts institution affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (USA). A total of 64 majors in 32 areas of study and 12 pre-professional programs are offered to more than 1,150 students. Hastings College was named among “America’s Best Colleges” by Forbes.com and the Center for College Affordability and Productivity.
