Hastings College will hold its 1st annual Fun and Fitness Day from 8 a.m. to noon, Monday, June 21 at the Physical Fitness Facility (903 E. 9th Street). The event is open to children who will be entering grades 1-5 this fall. 
Participants may register early by contacting the Hastings College Athletic Department at (402) 461-7395, or on the morning of the event at the Physical Fitness Facility. Event registration is $20 for the first child and $10 for siblings. Snacks will be provided.  Participants should bring a plain white t-shirt and dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.
Proceeds from this event will go to the new Hastings College PE Club, a student organization for physical education majors to network, learn about professional topics and attend physical education conferences.
