The Hastings College forensics team competed in the “UNO/Doane-Go Nuts” Swing co-hosted by Doane College and the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 15 and 16. The tournament took place at Doane College.  

The team received second place in Team Sweeps on Sunday, and second place in Overall Team Sweeps in both days of competition. At Sunday’s competition, senior Aaron Blackman placed first in Individual Speaker Sweeps and placed second in Overall Individual Speaker Sweeps for the two days of competition.
