Nov. 13, 2008 - Hastings College Sigma Alpha Iota and Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia to perform
The Hastings College Sigma Alpha Iota women’s international music fraternity and Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia men’s international music fraternity will perform in a joint recital, Sunday, Nov. 16, at 7:30 p.m., in Perkins Auditorium, Fuhr Hall of Music.
The recital is free and open to the public.
The ensembles will perform a variety of music including: Lawson’s arrangement of Down to the River to Pray, Lucke’s Andante Cantabile, Spohnr’s Proudly as the Eagle, Vaughan’s Serenade, Mozart’s “O Isis und Osiris” from Die Zauberflote, and others.
