January 17, 2006 - Hastings College president named to CIC Board of Directors
Hastings College president Dr. Phillip Dudley, Jr., was named to the Council of Independent Colleges (CIC) Board of Directors at the annual President’s Institute held Jan. 4-7 in Naples, Fla. More than 550 independent colleges and universities in the United Sates are CIC members, a national service organization for small and mid-sized, independent, liberal arts institutions. CIC works to support college and university leadership, advance institutional excellence and enhance private higher education’s contributions to society. The organization provides services to campus leaders including seminars, workshops and programs to improve educational programs, administrative and financial performance and institutional visibility.
