The Hastings College Child Defenders organization will hold a book drive Tuesday, April 10, through Monday, April 16. The organization will be collecting educational books and children’s books.

 Books will be collected on campus at Perkins Library, Hazelrigg Student Union, Bronco Village Apartments, and other residence halls.

 Saturday, April 14, students will be collecting books in front of various businesses in downtown Hastings.

Educational books will be sent to Africa through a program called Books for Africa, and children's books will be donated to Head Start Child and Family Development Program.  Monetary donations to both organizations will also be accepted.
