March 30, 2007 - Hastings College seniors exhibit art work

Seven Hastings College seniors are exhibiting art work in the college’s art gallery during the next six weeks. The exhibits are free and open to the public. Each student will also present a senior thesis lecture. Lectures will take place in Wilson Center Auditorium.
 Art gallery hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m., weekdays; 10 a.m.-4 p.m.; Saturday; and
2-4 p.m., Sunday.


Senior Thesis #1, March 26 – April 5, Nicole Gustafsson and Lindsey Luttrell
1 p.m., Sunday, April 1, artists’ lecture and reception, Wilson Center Auditorium.


 Gustafsson, who does painting on wood, is the daughter of William/Barbara
   Gustafsson, Norfolk, Neb.
 Luttrell, who does ceramics, is the daughter of Alan/Janet Luttrell, Pratt, Kan.


Senior Thesis #2, April 15 – 28, Judee Sandman and Laura Jensen

1 p.m., Sunday, April 15, artists’ lecture and reception, Wilson Center
 Auditorium.


 Sandman, Grand Island, Neb., does multi-media sculpture.
 Jensen, who does multi-media paintings on wood, is the daughter of
  Kenneth/Sharon Jensen, St. Libory, Neb.


Senior Thesis #3, May 6 – 18, Jamie Krueger, Cole Witthauer, and Ryan Connolly
1 p.m., Sunday, May 6, artists’ lecture and reception, Wilson Center Auditorium.


 Krueger, who does silk screen prints, is the daughter of Terry/Sandra Krueger,
 Hastings, Neb.
 Witthauer, who does glass sculpture, is the son of Laurie Witthauer/
John Witthauer, Omaha, Neb.
 Connolly, who does book art, is the son of Dennis/Linda Connolly, Lincoln, Neb.
