The Hastings College Gay Straight Alliance will host speaker Victoria Lavin, Wednesday, April 2, at 7 p.m., in French Memorial Chapel.

Lavin will discuss her experiences with “reparative therapy” programs for gays and lesbians. A question and answer session will follow.
 
The public is welcome to attend.

The local chapter of PFLAG (Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) will join in support of the event.

Alliance at Hastings College is a student group that works to provide a safe environment for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people and their allies, and promotes understanding, education, and tolerance on the Hastings College campus.
