March 14, 2008 - Richards awarded scholarship
Hastings College senior Jeffery Richards, Geneva, Neb., was awarded the Harvey H. Potthoff Presidential Scholarship and will attend Iliff School of Theology in Denver, Colo., in the fall. The scholarship is for full tuition plus a yearly stipend, and is awarded to only one master of divinity student each year.
Richards, son of Rodger and Annetta Richards, plans to pursue a career in pastoral ministry with the United Methodist Church.
