Feb. 26, 2008 - Mayer to perform in Hastings College recital
Hastings College senior Madeleine Mayer will perform in a violin recital, Sunday, March 2, at 2 p.m., in Perkins Auditorium, Fuhr Hall of Music.
The recital is free and open to the public.
Freshman April Christensen will provide piano accompaniment. Madeleine’s sister, Hannah, will assist on the cello.
Mayer will perform Franck’s Sonata in A Major; Stravinsky’s Suite Italienne; and Beethoven’s Piano Trio in D Major, Op. 70.
Mayer is the daughter of Darleen Mayer, Omaha, Neb., and Dennis Mayer, Nebraska City, Neb.
Christensen is the daughter of Bruce and Cheryl Christensen, Hardy, Neb.
