Committee on Trustees
The Committee on Trustees develops a plan of Board composition relevant to the strategic direction of the institution. It recruits trustees and recommends those candidates for election by the full Board. It develops and recommends the strategies, policies and practices that orient, educate, organize, motivate and assess the performance of trustees.
