Executive Committee
The Executive Committee consists of no fewer than five members of the Board and the Chair of the Board and the Secretary. The Chair of the Board is the Chair of the Committee, and in his/her absence or inability to serve, the Vice Chair of the Board serves as temporary Chair. The Executive Committee has the powers and duties imposed in it by the by-laws. When the Board is not in session, the Executive Committee executes orders and resolutions not otherwise specifically committed or provided for and directs all matters pertaining to the welfare of the college.
