Job Search Resources

You aren’t born knowing how to search for a job and the images you see on television of people in the job hunt are often stereotypical and limited. It is also easy to get caught up in using the Internet as your only method. To run an effective internship or job search you really need to use multiple approaches and have “go to” people to support you and answer questions as you progress. Staff members in Career Services have over 15 years of experience helping students with their job searches and are excited to respond to your concerns. Make Career Services your “go to” place for job search advice and guidance.

  • Job Bank Resources – Perkins Library has a set of 20 electronic Job Bank books available through NetLibrary. A few of the locations include Colorado, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Florida, Los Angeles, and Seattle.
