Computer Recommendations
Hastings College does not sell computers, however, if you are purchasing a new computer for school use we have the following recommendations.
A students computer should minimally contain:
** Students with a valid school ID are eligible for education pricing on MS Office products. Present school ID to any MS authorized education reseller for a great discount. Education price for Office 2010 Professional is approx.$200. Another option which provides even more savings on MS Office is to go to the Microsoft web site http://www.microsoft.com/student/office/en-us/default.aspx and take advantage of the “MS Ultimate Steal.” .

- Ethernet network adapter
- USB micro/mini drive for removable storage*
- MS Windows 7
