• Type in your HC ID and password
• Click Login
• If you cannot remember your HC ID or password, use the email password function on the website or contact Valerie Phillips.

• Locate the "Create an Account" at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions listed
• You will need to create an HC ID and password (this is your personal ID and password and you can choose what you would like to use)
• Complete the required information (highlighted by bold text) along with any additional information you wish to update and click submit at the bottom of the form
• Upon submission, a representative will verify your information and once approved, you will receive an email confirming activation of your account (Please note, you will not be able to search the online directory until your account has been activated) 

• To search by last or maiden name only, type the name you are searching for and click "Search" (i.e. If you type in the name Smith, all alumni with the last name or maiden name Smith will be returned)
• To search by all members of a class year, select that year from the drop-down list and click "Search" 
• To search by last name or maiden name and a class year, type the name you are searching for and select the class year from the drop-down list and click "Search" (i.e. If you type in the name Smith and select 1952, all alumni with the last name or maiden name Smith from the class of 1952 will be returned)

A member of the Hastings College Alumni Association staff verifies all information submitted to the Online Alumni Directory. For security reasons, when a change is made to an account, it is deactivated until it can be reviewed. Upon approval, you will receive email notification letting you know you are now able to use the directory. 

In addition to a name and class year, the Online Alumni Directory also includes mailing address, phone number and email address when available. 

For the privacy and protection of our constituents, Hastings College does not supply the names and addresses of its alumni or donors for business purposes. Furthermore, it is the Hastings College policy that our database lists will never be sold, traded or given to any mailing service, political entity or business for solicitation. It is the understanding of the Hastings Alumni Association that the Online Alumni Directory will be used for the benefit of Hastings College or for personal alumni contacts and correspondence, and will not be used for commercial purposes.

The Hastings College Alumni Association reviews all information that is submitted prior to releasing it on the Online Alumni Directory. Typically, changes that are made will be reviewed and appear within 24-hours.

Your HC ID is your personal login name for the Online Alumni Directory. Your HC ID that has been pre-assigned or is a name of your choosing when you sign up to use the directory. Possible HC IDs that have been used in the past include email addresses, nicknames, or any word unique to you that is easily remembered.

The Hastings College Alumni Association takes great care to guarantee the privacy of its alumni. Individuals who request access to the directory are reviewed by a member of the Alumni Association staff prior to being granted access. Only those who are approved can access the Online Alumni Directory, and access is limited to graduates or attendees of the college only.

Yes, when your online profile is updated, this information is passed along to the Alumni Office so your file can be updated there, as well as in the Online Alumni Directory.

The Hastings College Alumni Association makes every attempt to have the most current alumni information available. If you discover that the information you obtained from the Online Alumni Directory is not current, please notify the Barrett Alumni Center at alumni@hastings.edu or (800) 775-2585 and steps will be taken to find current information.

No, lists are not able to be downloaded from the Online Alumni Directory. If you need to obtain a list of Hastings College Alumni that will be used for the benefit of Hastings College or for personal alumni contacts and correspondence, and will not be used for commercial purposes, please contact the Barrett Alumni Center at alumni@hastings.edu or (800) 775-2585. 

In addition to being able to search the Online Alumni Directory, logging in will automatically fill in your contact information on others forms, such as online giving and event RSVP forms.
