Commuter Information

The following students are eligible to live off-campus and may fill out a Residency Exemption/Commuter Form:
Residency Exemption – Independent Off-Campus Living Certification
Residency Exemption – Residing With Parent/Guardian Certification Form
The following students are eligible to live off-campus and may fill out a Residency Exemption/Commuter Form:
- those who will reside with a parent or legal guardian within Adams County (please note that a parent or legal guardian must sign and notarize the Residency Exemption/Commuter Form);
- those who will have senior class standing (87 hours of credit or more by the first day of fall classes) and have lived on campus for six semsters;
- part-time students (i.e. registered for fewer than 12 credit hours);
- married students;
- single parents;
- those who are 23 years of age or older by the first day of classes;
- those who have their Associate's Degree.
