Hastings College will attempt to make appropriate and reasonable academic adjustments to
accommodate the needs of students with disabilities in accordance with the requirements of
Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Public Law #93-112) and the requirements
of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (Public Law #101-336) and its amendments.
Students who believe they have a disability that will require academic adjustments or housing
accommodations should contact the Learning Center or the Student Affairs Office.
