Wireless Network Access in Perkins Library

Both floors of Perkins Library are wireless accessible. Individuals with a Hastings College username and password should be able to access the wireless network with their portable computers provided they are equipped with a wireless network card and have been configured by the College's Computer Services staff. Windows PCs must be running Windows XP or newer and Macintosh PCs must be running OS 10.3 or newer. There are additional wireless access points on campus. Off-Campus Access to Perkins Library Online Resources

Hastings College students, faculty, and staff can use any Perkins Library online resource (databases, e-books, etc.) from off-campus through our proxy server. To use our library resources from off campus, click on the resource you want to access. You will be prompted for your Hastings College network username and password, giving you access. PLEASE NOTE: The subscription resources are available to current students, faculty, and staff only. Our current licensing agreements do not permit off-campus access to any other groups.
