Financial Strength
For more than a century, we’ve built a strong financial foundation to supplement your contribution to your education by securing a substantial endowment and locating many scholarship sources for our students. The goal of the Hastings College Financial Aid Program is to reward students who have demonstrated academic and extracurricular ability and to give them the opportunity to attend Hastings College.
Academic Merit Scholarships:
Full tuition, room and board, and general fees are available to ALL National Merit Finalists.
Hastings College awards academic merit scholarships based on standardized test scores and GPA (see graph below). Amounts are as follows and are renewable each year provided the student maintains satisfactory academic progress.

| 26 or Higher | 3.75 | $12,000 Crimson Scholarship |
| 26 - 29 | 3.5 | $10,000 Ambassador Scholarship |
| 23 - 25 | 3.0 | $ 8,000 Ringland Scholarship |
| 20 - 22 | 3.0 | $ 6,000 Pro Rege Scholarship |
*Applicants who attend high schools that do not calculate class rank should contact their HC admissions counselor for GPA criteria.
**Students who do not qualify for our merit scholarship program may be eligible for the Hastings College Student Success grant valued at $2,500 per year.
