The Hastings College Career Services Office in partnership with the Hastings College Alumni Association is pleased to announce the new Bronco-2-Bronco program via our LinkedIn alumni community. This program is designed to give current Hastings College students an opportunity to network with Hastings College alumni in an online format.

We are asking all members of our alumni family to consider joining this group to showcase your successes. We ask all alumni to list their graduation year, major and minor, as well as any beneficial groups or activities you participated in while at Hastings College.

Students will be granted access to this group and allowed to network with alumni in their purposed vocation. We actively encourage alumni to share their time and expertise with current students. There is no way to guarantee you will be contacted directly by our students. However, showcasing your work experience via this group will prove invaluable for current students to see how our most successful alumni got their start.

Students - Bronco2Bronco is a professional online networking community that uses the social networking site, LinkedIn, to connect Hastings College alumni to current Hastings College students.  This program is sponsored by the Alumni Association and Career Services and is designed as a way for successful alumni to mentor students looking into specific careers or vocations, searching for internships, or applying for full-time employment. 

Career Services has developed the following documents to help students to register and understand LinkedIn, develop networking skills, and help students engage with alumni in the Bronco2Bronco LinkedIn group.  

Students SHOULD review the below resources with Hastings College Career Services before joining Bronco2Bronco.  Career Services will provide guidance and support as you begin to network with alumni and other professionals.
