The Spectrum and Beyond: Spurring Conversation about Autism

For every 68 children, one is affected by autism spectrum disorders. As the rates seem to increase, so does the conversation surrounding autism. Many of these conversations are filled with questions and misconceptions regarding the causes and treatments of autism. This lecture is aimed to spur conversation about what autism is and what is currently being done in the autism community. Laura Arnold is currently working towards her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism.

Hastings College Rodeo

The annual Bobby Gottsch Jr. Memorial Hastings College Rodeo will be held at the Adams County Fairgrounds April 29 and 30.
 
Slack is noon on Friday, April 29; and 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 30.

Arbor Day Program

A tree planting and program in celebration of Arbor Day and Hastings College being named a Tree Campus USA by the Arbor Day Foundation.
