2016 NAIA National Champions, Hastings College Men's Soccer Program seeks a qualified and dynamic candidate for our Graduate Assistant Position to start in the 2017-18 school year.
We are seeking an individual to fill the role with the primary position as Program Goalkeeping Coach. Primary responsibilities will include:
- Goalkeeper development (both first team and reserve team)
- Match Day keeper warm-up
- Goalkeeper recruiting
Other responsibilities include assisting Head Coach in all phases of the Men’s Soccer program including assisting with practices, games, recruiting, camps, fundraising, Video Analysis, Scouting, and all other aspects of the program.
Coaching education is a plus. College or professional playing background is a requirement. Prior coaching experience is highly recommended. Must have good communication skills, willingness to work long and unusual hours. Must be a positive and self-disciplined person. Ability to physically demonstrate techniques is a requirement. NSCAA Goalkeeping Certificate or equivalent preferred. USSF D License preferred.
Qualifications include acceptance into graduate school including a PRAXIS I exam. Graduate Assistant position includes tuition waiver and stipend of $500 per month.
