Why I chose to attend Hastings College
Growing up in Hastings and living across the street from campus, I attended all kinds of school events as a kid, which led to me wanting to become a Bronco.
Hobbies and Interests
I spend a lot of my time playing golf and traveling with the HC men’s golf team.
Favorite thing about Hastings College
My favorite thing about Hastings is the beautiful campus, state-of-the-art facilities and the friendly professors.
Favorite place on campus
My favorite place on campus would probably be the Osborne Family Sports Complex, especially when there are sporting events going on.
Most memorable class
Hard to choose a most memorable class since it’s been such a long time… being a Psychology major, I will have to go with every Psych class I ever took from Dr. Lee Wigert. He had a great way of entertaining while he taught.
Favorite thing to do in Hastings
My favorite thing to do in Hastings is play all three of our local golf courses and attend Hastings College sporting events.
Favorite place to eat in Hastings
My favorite place to eat would be Lochland Country Club. They have the best steaks and seafood in town.
Best thing about being a Bronco
The best thing about being a Bronco alumni is being able to tell all kinds of stories to future and current students. Attending Alumni/Homecoming weekends and catching up with old friends and old roommates.
During football season, I rearrange the furniture in my house so I have three TVs in the living room, so that I can watch three football games at the same time.
Best meal that I can cook
Being a bachelor, the best meal I can cook is toast and cereal.
People would be surprised to know that…
From the ages of 8 to 12, I was the ball boy for the Hastings College men’s basketball team and the water boy for the football team.
